Whats the REAL reason why the Steelers are wiping out?

This has to be the most illogical myth in The NFL. If a word of it was true , Under the same team with Cowher being so superior (or However you want to look at it and Tomlin is so overrated) -Why didn't Cowher win a Super Bowl his last year and/or why did they failed to make the playoffs? As a matter of fact it looks like they are pretty much going to end up this year with similar record that they had the last post -Championship year. And They would still have a game to lose.
