Dose he like me? guys and girls please help!?

Ok so i am a freshmen and hs and their is this one guy who is older than me that i like. Im trying to get a job and he works where i will work. Its the fire dep. Idk if he thinks that its cute how kick a** i am but we make eye contact A LOT! We even talk in the halls about the fire dep. Today he asked me to sit with him at lunch but i was with friends and i didn't want to leave them so i turned him down. He is very nice and i like him a lot...do you think he likes me a lot or just as a friend? Thx 4 the help!
