That's one gram per pound of body weight, however my BMI is coming in just over twenty percent. Is it too much on resting days and am I timing the intake correctly by ingesting 1/2 right after my workout, a combination of powerlifting till failure ( about half an hour, three days a week) followed by aerobics (around fortyfive minutes, five days a week).
