Should I continue with the amount of protein(230 grams a day 1/2 ingested after power lifting)on resting days?

That's one gram per pound of body weight, however my BMI is coming in just over twenty percent. Is it too much on resting days and am I timing the intake correctly by ingesting 1/2 right after my workout, a combination of powerlifting till failure ( about half an hour, three days a week) followed by aerobics (around fortyfive minutes, five days a week). Thank You for any help You may have to offer.
