I broke my own restraining order, what will happen?

My husband and I have been together since 2000 and married since 2005. We have two small daughters together. for the past month he's been telling me hes going to leave us and persue this other woman, ( who happens to be someone I thought was a close friend ). I started asking questions and saying that I was going to call her husband and tell him what I knew and he beat the hell out of me. messed me up pretty good. So I left and I'm getting ready to file for divorce. I didn't call the police when it happened, I got my kids and left. The next day I went to the courthouse and doented everything that he had done. I stated that I had moved out and didn't want him near us. I got the restraining order and temp custody of the kids. So last night my kids were with their gma and I went to a good friends and had a couple of drinks, so my judgement was bad and I decided I wanted to go to our house for a call with him...( I know, WHAT was I thinking) when I got there it was almost 3 am
