A "christian nation" would include catholic, baptist, jehovah's witness', mormon, pentacostal, ...?

I am a Seventh-day Adventist and we do NOT believe that all others are hell-bound. Jesus says that He will have sheep of MANY folds. I just thought I'd clarify that.
