How do i seduce this top surgeon?

I'm a 32yr old female. I had to move to my small home town 6 weeks ago after living away for 12 as my mums ill. I had to take a job in the local hospital. Its a menial admin job but i need the money. However, i'm very excited. Theres a very attractive 52 yr old consultant there (not married, but was with a partner for 15 yrs and they split 2 yrs ago). I really fancy him. He hangs around with other consultants but he always looks up and says hi. I used to see him in his local pub (he only lives 20mins away from me) but never really took much notice of him during the years. However, now i notice him and find him stunning. I went to this bar last night. He was there up at the bar reading his paper. When i went up to order, he started chatting saying he noticed me around and how was i doing. We ended up chatting for over half an hour and he bought me a drink. My friend says he was defnitely 'checking me out', when i wasnt looking! It turns out hes going to the same art exhibition as i'm goign to next week loves this artist. I'm smitten. Now i've just met him in the corridor and he winked and chatted for 2 mins and said ' what was that perfume you wore last night, it was divine, i'll always ociate you wtih it'. It was actually Sicily 'Eau de soir'!! What do you think, how do i play this?
