Physics Help Please!?

A person is 100m from her spaceship and observes a 200kg meteoroid that drifts toward the sky at 10m/s. If she can grab the meteoroid and her jet pack is capable of delivering a force of 100N, can the meteoroid be stopped before it hits her spaceship? (Neglect the m of the person)
