Legal age for being parent-less at any concerts / performances?

I want to go to a Jeff Dunham show at my local theater in Oakland in a few months, but my parents said that they wouldn't be in with me. Can I be inside / attend these events even though i'm only 15, with my 16 year old brother? Or do I need to have a parental guardian with me?
