I was a fool to fall for him help i need advice?

I was once dating a guy but he then forced me to have with him and i foolishly did and now he dumped me and his sister told me that he was bethroated to another girl who he truly loves even hes father was the one who joined them that their court marriage is this december that he was just fooling around with girls when he has with them he then dumps them she also told me that he has gotten seven girls pregnant and he has slept with about ten others even .............. and i don't know what to do wheter to advice him or what should i do but theres a great hole in my heart please i need some advice and all i feel for him now is betrayal, hate, jealousy and foolishness please don't insult me again my heart is already broken
